Our company today announced the recruitment of two experienced specialists with the aim of strengthening our risk management department. Naoki Tanaka has joined our company as Senior Risk Analysis Director, and Christina Chen has joined as Head of Quantitative Risk Modeling.

Mr. Naoki Tanaka has over 20 years of experience in financial risk management. Most recently, he served as the head of the market risk department at a global investment bank. After obtaining a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Tokyo, he has been involved in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks at multiple international financial institutions. Mr. Tanaka has particularly extensive expertise in the fields of stress testing methods, tail risk analysis, and liquidity risk management.

Ms. Christina Chen is a specialist in quantitative risk analysis and machine learning, holding a Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. Most recently, she led the development of an AI-driven risk prediction model in the quantitative research department of a major asset management company. Ms. Chen has conducted groundbreaking research in the fields of pattern recognition algorithms, nonlinear risk modeling, and early warning systems for market stress.
